BlackRock buys shares of Re/Max

BlackRock has upped its stake in Re/Max Holdings by 5.2 percent. According to a 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York firm purchased the shares in the third quarter. In total, the shares are valued at more than $113.5 million (h/t Inman.com). Companies are required to disclose information on a purchase whenever an investor acquires more than 5 percent of a public company.
