Boeing faces lawsuit from two VIP 737 Max 8 buyers

Two buyers of luxury VIP Boeing 737 Max 8 jets have filed a lawsuit against Boeing in Seattle, seeking to have their aircraft purchases voided and their money returned. Lawyers for buyers said the new jets were undergoing interiors completion work when the grounding of the Max was announced in March 2019. A team of four lawyers from Lane Powell, led by aviation attorney David M. Schoeggl, filed the case for the owners, F & L Aviation IV of Nevada, and Brilliant Aviation Ltd., a Canadian company.…
