
The University of Denver chancellor of nearly five years will step down on July 14 due to medical issues, according to a letter sent to alumni and students Friday.
Rebecca Chopp, who joined DU as chancellor in September 2014, said she made the decision after being diagnosed with a complex neurological disorder.
