DuPont is selling its silicon wafer business to a South Korean company for $450 million as it continues to sell off "non-core" businesses. Wilmington-based DuPont (NYSE: DD) said Tuesday it's agreed to sell its Compound Semiconductor Solutions business to SK Siltron.
