Fidelity switches fund chiefs for 2nd time in a year

Fidelity Investments has named a new chief of asset management, almost a year after it appointed the current chief, long-time technology executive Steve Neff, to the position. The Boston-based money manager revealed Tuesday that Neff, 67, plans to retire at the end of March. He was named asset management chief in November 2018.
