In the Milwaukee Bucks’ courtship of both Fiserv Inc. and Foxconn Technology Group as prospective naming-rights sponsors for the team’s new arena, the Bucks sought — and received — permission from the NBA to grant the companies’ executives Jeff Yabuki and Terry Gou’s demands that they become minority owners of the team.
