Hours before Nashville company laid off staff, it said virus offered ‘opportunity’

Brentwood tech firm Takl expects to resume operations when the COVID-19 epidemic subsides, but if and when it does it will likely be with new employees.  Takl laid off its corporate staff of between 130 to 150 people last week, Takl spokesperson Jack Johnson said.
