International cookware company cuts 108 manufacturing jobs in Sugar Land

Tramontina USA Inc., one of the largest employers in Fort Bend County, is cutting 108 jobs in Sugar Land, according to the Texas Workforce Commission. The company plans to close its final assembly department at its manufacturing facility at 12955 W. Airport Blvd. on Sept. 30, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act letter sent to the TWC this week.
