Landscape Arboretum to sell 52 acres of undeveloped land for residential use

The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chaska will sell 52 acres of undeveloped land in a deal approved by the Regents of the University of Minnesota, which owns and operates the Arboretum. The land will be purchased for $1.5 million by Jeff Verdoorn, who plans to build a home on the site, according to a report by the Star Tribune.  The property is south of W. 82nd Street in Chaska and across the road from the Arboretum.
