Craft beer maker O'Fallon Brewery in Maryland Heights has partnered with a craft brewer south of the border to create a Mexican lager for the St. Louis market, just in time for Cinco de Mayo. O'Fallon's head brewer, Brian Owens, developed Cerveza Amigos in collaboration with Logan Schaedig, head brewer for Monterrey, Mexico-based Cerveza Rrey.
