Despite an early gloomy trading day, a Greater Cincinnati public company is seeing its stock rise.  AK Steel Holding Corp. — which has agreed to an acquisition deal — is trading at $3.02 per share, up 13 cents, or 4.67% in morning trading.  This comes as the Dow Jones is down more than 400 points, or 1.4%.  The West Chester-based manufacturer (NYSE: AKS) entered an agreement with Cleveland-based Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. estimated to be worth about $3 billion.
