Nalu Scientific awarded $200,000 grant to design affordable research tech

Honolulu-based Nalu Scientific has been awarded a $200,000 grant by the U.S. Department of Energy to develop a camera that could make physics research more affordable for the DOE and individual researchers.  Nalu Scientific plans to commercialize the ultrafast pixel array camera, which would deliver 20 times the performance of conventional streak cameras at a lower cost.
