New Mexico unveils free college proposal for state residents

Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham proposed a plan Wednesday that would make college free for New Mexico residents. Lujan Grisham announced her proposal for the New Mexico Opportunity Scholarship, which would cover 100 percent of tuition and fees for eligible in-state prospective students.
