Procter & Gamble Co. has begun nationwide sales of what’s being touted as the first razor ever designed to groom men and women who are unable to shave themselves, including infirm older adults and young ones who are disabled.  The Cincinnati-based maker of consumer goods such as the new Gillette Treo razor (NYSE: PG) launched an advertising campaign in conjunction with the rollout of the product.
