PSU’s president resigns amid questions over spending, management style

Portland State University's president has resigned after facing fire on several fronts. The school said Rahmat Shoureshi resigned from his position on Friday. The school's board of trustees is expected to name Stephen Percy, the dean of PSU’s College of Urban and Public Affairs, as its acting president. Shoureshi's resignation takes effect Dec. 14.
