Coral Gables-based aviation company AerSale Corp. will merge into Monocle Acquisition Corp. to become part of a public company. New York-based Monocle (Nasdaq: MNCL), which was established for the purpose of investing in a business, will pay $250 million in cash and $150 million in newly-issue stock to the owners of AerSale.
