Sacramento-based media company The McClatchy Co. — parent company of The Kansas City Star — said late Friday that it's been warned that its shares could be delisted from the NYSE American stock exchange. McClatchy (AMEX: MNI) shares had fallen 57 cents, or 18.2%, to $2.57 on Friday, before the company disclosed the warning it received from NYSE American LLC.
