Toyota expands Prius recall after failures of 20,000 hybrid inverters

Toyota Motor Corp. has issued a third recall of its Prius hybrid vehicles because of potential electric power system failures.  As many as 20,000 Prius owners have had electric power system failures after the company recalled their vehicles in 2014, the Los Angeles Times reported.
