U of M moves forward with new middle school

The University of Memphis could soon see more middle school students on campus. In partnership with Shelby County Schools (SCS), the University of Memphis is planning to open a new school for junior-high-aged students. University Middle is slated to go before the SCS school board for approval Tuesday, Feb. 26.  The U of M already oversees two primary schools: the Barbara K.
