U.S. mortgage rates held form this week and remain near their two-year low point, according to Freddie Mac. The 30-year fixed mortgage averaged 3.84 percent for the week ending June 20, a slight change from 3.82 percent last week. A year ago, mortgage rates stood at 4.57 percent.
