Unisys CEO expects 2020 to be a ‘year of transition’

Unisys shares were down 6% in after-market trading on Tuesday after the Blue Bell software company said it expects 2020 to be a "reset year" following the sale of its federal business. The remarks came as the company reported a fourth-quarter loss of $10.8 million, or 17 cents per share, compared to earnings of $25 million, or 41 cents per share, in the year-ago period.
