United Airlines becomes first North American carrier to get Boeing’s largest Dreamliner

United Airlines on Monday took delivery of its first 787-10 from the Boeing Co., a delivery that also made it the first North American airline to receive the newest, and largest, member of the Dreamliner family.  It also makes the carrier the first in North America to have all three Dreamliner variants — the 787-8, 787-9 and 787-10 — in its fleet.  United (NYSE: UAL) says on its website that its new 787-10 will enter service on cross-country routes between Los Angeles and New York/Newark…
